Tuition
Tuition is determined annually to cover operating expenses. It should be sent to the Director according to a schedule outlined in your registration packet. Checks are made payable to the West Chester Playschool, Inc.

A tuition contract is required from all members of Playschool. Please sign and return it to the Director. Any member who becomes two months delinquent in tuition payments will not be allowed to continue in school programs. You have a two week grace period for payment. There is a late fee of $25 for tuition that is paid more than two weeks late.

Enrichment, Playtime and Late Care checks should be dated and labeled and put in the cash box. Any family who owes more than $200 for more than two weeks is considered delinquent and will not be permitted to participate in Enrichment, Playtime or Late Care until the balance is paid.

Registration
Registration opens January 1st to current members and alumni. It opens to the community on February 1st. A registration fee is due with the application. This fee is non-refundable and not applicable to any other fees. The registration fee includes an insurance fee which covers your child while at Playschool and on field trips.
